Doesn't everybody get their face painted on Saturday mornings in October? We didn't make it to a fall festival this year where the girls could get their faces all fancy, so the alternative was this non-artistic mom got to do it. Grace wanted a "rainbow circle" and Sophia wanted a puppy. It was really fun, and the girls liked it... for about 3 minutes :).

Mom and Dad came down for a quick visit and took us out for Texas Roadhouse afterwards. So blessed!

Halloween... my cute little bear and the prettiest pink fairy princess around.
Love this picture both because of Sophia's smile and you can see Elijah's cute bear tail.
Grace was not being the most cooperative monarch butterfly fairy. She wanted to stand right behind Sophia for the pictures... still cute (of course).
So here is a better one of Grace... and fun to have all three kids together. Not the easiest thing to do with a 1 year old, 3 year old, and a 5 year old. Kirk took the night off to come trick-or-treating with us. He is a super busy dad, but knows what's important!
We had a fun night, but am glad that trick-or-treating happens only once a year :).
